Since switching to a fixed-rate tariff last week, my Power Move page no longer shows me as ‘Joined’. Attempts to Join spring challenge are met with this:I’m hoping this means that I’m still joined despite not having the little pink label, but I can’t get this confirmed. Any suggestions?

The Power Move Flex results emails were fine to the end of May, but from June the email states: “Your smart meter failed to send us readings ... so we couldn’t see the full picture of your electricity use.”. However when I check the readings on the website, I have a full history over the period.This has happened for 3 June to 9 June, 10 June to 16 June & 17 June to 23 June.Any thoughts on what could be going wrong would be most welcome.Thanks    

I have a 2nd user Smart Pro installed which Indra will not support so I can’t have contact with them or the Indra app (Nice people).My question is will I be able to access charge anytime and charge at the cheaper rate and at 7kw. The charger is only charging at 3kw at this moment. Thanks for any advice in advance.    

I wondered if anyone uses ‘Home Assistant’ (HA) to track and monitor your home (including power usage)?The reason for the question is that I have recently set up my own system and now have a full view of energy, temperatures, humidity, voltage, frequency etc and I notice that the HA system has an OVO feed. I can’t test this myself as I don’t currently have an OVO account but it would be useful to know what it provides 

I was originally with ovo but was moved to boost and now I've been moved back.Got the ovo appTried to register on website and it's saying I have to make a new password it takes me to the website which is being renewed. So how am I meant to sort that out? Also why isn't there a balance on the app?I'm a pay and go customer if my in home display was to fail I wouldn't be able to track balance, I would also like to point out this isn't good for people with disabilities who can't navigate websites etc or in home displays to not be able to see balances.

Hi, I spoke to someone on the phone two days ago and set up a direct debit and chose a pay monthly option for my new home. I was told I would receive a confirmation email to set up my account online and review what I signed up but I still haven't got this and it's been two days. Please could you tell me when you will send the confirmation email so I can set up an account online? I want to do this before my direct debit comes out so I can check it's all accurate and give most up to date meter readings. Thank you

I am having a fun time with charging. I have an OHME pod charger and use it to charge 3 cars. The issue is that the charger keeps going off line. As a result it does not report all data. The upshot of this is that I miss out on up to 25% of my charging electricity being used to give credit which means about £25 a month difference between what it should be and what I actually get. I have had many email conversations with OVO and OHME the result so far being a lot of sympathy but no solution. OVO have suggested I use the Charge anytime app but apart from the inconvenience of having yet another step only one of the cars is listed as compatible.it seems to me that there are too many organisations involved I.e. OVO, kazoo, OHME, and the network provider.OVO make it clear that they are not responsible for collecting the data, OHME I assume are reliant on having a consistent 4g signal but do not say which network provider they use I.e. EE,O2, Three, Vodafone. so I am struggling to find anyone

I have been using Charge Anytime since mid April, in fact the day I switched to OVO. Everything is fine but I am sure that I read somewhere that I get 100 miles a month free when charging.I could not see anything on my first bill. Does it just appear?

Hi there. This subject has been covered before but slightly ambiguous outcomes.  I have had to install a new 3-phase supply at a domestic property, which was (over) rated by our electricians as needing a 3-phase 315A supply. The size of supply was based around having 3 electric car chargers and large heat pumps for the house and some large outbuildings.  I couldn’t find any supplier who would provide a domestic contract on a CT meter, so have got a business contract with Eon until November 24. This contract has painful capacity fees and standing charges and isn’t very competitive on KWh rates either.  I would like to revert to a domestic contract in November this year, so would love to clarify the following : Will Ovo take on this account and revert to a domestic contract with existing CT meter? Will I be able to export any excess energy generated by solar panels?If my existing meter is not supported, would Ovo install a suitable CT meter to allow the contract to switch over? I’d be hu

I'm on PAYG so downloaded the app to both my phone and tablet (both android)   I can access my account through the tablet but the phone just gets the popup message OVO has stopped, does anyone know how to fix this?

I need a detailed explanation of my bill as my gas meter has been out of action for three months and I am having a new account issued with an ‘actual’ electricity reading and an ‘estimated’ gas reading, the lady in the overseas call centre was pleasant but completely ineffectual, his don’t get to speak to someone in the U.K., do j gave to call at a certain time/date ?   

Hi allWe have a podpoint but would like to install a charger that works with the anytime tariff. We also need wifi as the mobile signal is bad here.  We don't really need to charge two cars at once, but I'm wondering if it's best to take the podpoint out and install the Indra, or whether anyone has installed a second charger alongside an existing one. I'm assuming that load would need to be considered Thanks 

Hi, I was looking through my annual usage and saw my gas was 27,000kwh a year. I live in a three bed terraced house. 2 adults, 3 kids. The heating is on in the winter months but come spring/summer and most of autumn it's not used at all. The only thing we have gas in the house is the heating. Does this seem a high usage? Thanks

Hello, I moved to a new place on Oct 2023.I was getting my bills monthly with the title Flat # occupier and I used to pay it through Revolut.2 months ago I started getting my bill under my name.Unfortunately, OVO did not take into account the monthly bills I was paying for the flat # occupier and are telling me I’m 700 pounds in debt.I called the helpline whom told me to send an email including the flat # occupier account number and proof of my payments etc. And I did. But there was no response at all and my bill is just increasing.I then googled the email to contact for OvoEnergy and forwarded my initial email and yet their was no response.Its been more than 8 weeks and I have no response and I recently got an email stating they will send me to the debt collector.I have been paying 100 pounds per month now for that account, but I’m not willing to pay the 600+ pounds from earlier that I have already paid!I do not know what more to do, if I could get any help please. Here's a serious idea that should be taken onboard.how many customers  have a studio Flat that doesn't have a bedroom but yet we're discriminated on the energy insights part of the app.we have yo put down on the app as having a bedroom when we DON'T have one, the app then misconstrues the Information  that you give it and scews the results.I myself have missed out on any benefits from power move  because I'm out working during the power move time, the only things that are drawing electric whilst I'm out is a refrigerator ( which is set on the lowest possible settings) and the in home electric device, everything else is off  and the fuses on the fuse board turned to the off position.AI behind the energy insights needs a update to fix this GLARING omission that the bright sparks who designed it.. Think of the high density cities like London where property rental prices are high and people have converted houses etc into studio flats  etc 

Just read on another convo on here that OVO don't have a date for when the hypervolt charger will be ready for charge anytime.Why is it even on there as an offering at the moment? People are probably getting that charger based on OVO saying this will be working by early 2024, it's still not working and there is not date for when it will be.And having a compatible car doesn't save you either of it's a newer one, OVO seems to be quite slow with getting this sorted out. All quite poor from OVO 8 thought.

Hello, this is a long story but I’ll try to keep it short.I moved into my current property 4 years ago. When I moved in, it was apparent that there was no IHD here. It appears that the previous occupants very annoyingly took it with them.At the time I was with Eon. I tried numerous times to request an IHD from them, but Eon’s policy is not to give IHDs to anyone!Since the energy prices rising I am now desperate to get an IHD, it’s impossible for me to track my usage effectively without one. I am aware of the apps (such as Loop), but these are almost useless for working out the amounts of energy and the cost of appliances in real time. I have tried.  Also I’ve seen the Ivie bud IHDs, but I really can’t afford to spend £55 on this, the whole reason I need an IHD is because I’m really trying to save money. So, I messaged Ovo, who said of course they would provide me with an IHD if I were to switch to them. Why Ovo Carbon forecast is not working today? I always follow the advice given on the Ovo website to know when it is cheaper yo use energy but today Ovo has not informed us what to do! Please, help!

The calorific value is needed by the Smart Meter to convert the volume of the gas to the energy produced by the gas Kwh. As this varies on a daily basis what value does the meter use? Is this the same value as used by the bill?

Hi all,I have an 11 year old Mitsubishi Ecodan that is showing a U4 error code on the control panel. I’ve looked up the error code:Open or close circuit Ecodan thermistors (TH3, TH32, TH33, TH6, TH7, TH8) – open or close circuit or disconnected from main board.Does this require a straight swap out of the main power baord?Thanks in advance.  

 I was subject to an erroneous transfer, last March 2023. It has taken this long to get a new account number etc. So they are offering me a Simpler Energy package??  I used to have THTC as my storage heaters and hot water took advantage of the cheap rate at night and certain times of the day. Is this Simpler Energy the best package to have????Any comments/recommendations are greatly appreciated! 

I have read several comments, and it seems that like me, many are frustrated with the fact we never achieve our target!  I don’t use a washing machine at peak times, I only use the oven perhaps once a week for less than 30 mins, I often delay firing up the  central heating so the pump is not pulling power, and we watch TV with one small table light on.  How much more do I have to switch off?  It’s a big con!
