I have been using Charge Anytime since mid April, in fact the day I switched to OVO. Everything is fine but I am sure that I read somewhere that I get 100 miles a month free when charging.

I could not see anything on my first bill. Does it just appear?

Well that didn’t last very long. I got this email today.

I just reached out and asked the team about this and they’ve confirmed that the 100 free miles offer was removed for Charge Anytime customers and they’ve credited any balance on your bill (which you’ve already mentioned). 

 

Charge Anytime isn’t affected by this so you’ll still benefit from lower rate charging. You’ll find more information on this here on our Charge Anytime page.
