Smart meter failed installation from THTC

Hi, I live in Dundee, Scotland which is a fairly large city, senior citizen currently on pre payment meter THTC and know all about the RTS switch off. Made arrangements with OVO to change over to pay as you go Smart meter, Engineer arrived yesterday and couldn't do the switch as the Smart meter failed to connect, he sent the relevant information to OVO that no installation had been made, what happens next?Engineer just said let OVO figure it out, can someone help

Referrals made before this cut-off date will still be honored, provided the eligibility criteria was met (specifically, both parties must be on supply). Hi all, I recieved an email for a power up 3pm-4pm on Sunday 17th August. I opted in and took part. However last weeks results email didn't show my result, despite the email saying results 11th-17th august. I have just recieved this weeks email and it only shows 18th-24th.So where is the missing result?Did anyone else opt in to this session and find their result missing from the weekly results email ?

August power move flex for Charge Anytime missing

I got a credit for the July Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime, then an email half way through August with an update saying I’d earned £6 but since then no credit on September bill or any further update. I emailed Ovo and got a reply referring me to help on Power Move! I replied to that explains it was Power Move Fles I was enquiring about and have heard nothing back. Anybody else having issues?

I know this has been said before about 7 months ago, but the email notice is much too short. I’ve just received an email for today at 2pm. I’ve opted in but it’s a waste of time, as I have nothing to shift at this point. It’s a shame, as I think it’s a good trial.

I don’t get the hype and that they actually save money! You use what you use and don’t really want to get over excited about checking home displays every five mins. Benefit for me, though is topping-up (PAYG) meter without having to find a working sweet shop terminal.

My In-Home Display doesn't match my smart meter, has it developed a fault?

Awakened this morning to find that the IHD showed a large energy cost despite no appliances on overnightwhich incidentally doesn’t match my energy useTried switching the IHD on/ off several occasions yet will not match the Smart meter energy cost display Also despite not setting a budget and cancelling it the display still continues to show a budget setI’m assuming the IHD has developed a fault as can’t find any way to reset it so it matches up with the Smart Meter

Help / advice for getting RTS meters changed after failed and cancelled appointments?

Grateful for any advise/suggestions.I’ve been trying to get the 2 electricity (under THTC tariff) meters changed since I could first book an appointment in October 2024. An Engineer did appear at this first attempt in October 2024. He tried to install a smart meter (with economy 10 tarriff) but the signal was an issue. Subsequently, I have had to keep phoning OVO to find out what was happening - OVO have never contacted me even though I have been told a numerous times they would be in touch. I have twice more booked appointments in January and today which have been cancelled. The first one I was told it was a wider area network (WAN) problem and OVO would be in touch in 8 weeks - this didn’t happen. I phoned intermittently and was told the problem hadn’t been resolved until I phoned at the end of April. Today the appointment got cancelled again for a system reason - I am still not clear if the WAN problem has been resolved. I tried to re-book an appointment today but

Can I bank Power Move Flex free hours for use (during a selection of specified hours) when one is able to use them?

Could the free electricity earned in Power Move Flex events be banked for use on a selection subsequent Sunday taken, please? It's very annoying to take the trouble to move usage to gain free hours and then to find that one is away and not able to benefit from the hours gained.

I have only had 2 hours notice for each of the power up events this week which is making it almost impossible to enable me to join. I noticed that other people seem to get more notice of the slots - does that mean I will only get 2 hours notice throughout the trial?

How do Indra app and OVO Charge Anytime app work together?

I have an Indra Smart Pro charger which I can control using the Indra Web app. I recently installed the Charge Anytime app and connected it to my car. Both are based on Kaluza but are seemingly different, although they both claim to charge at the times electricity is more renewable.If I set a different "ready by" time in each, which one wins?I've also plugged in my car this evening, and the Indra app says it's plugged in but not yet charging, and the Charge Anytime app says the car is unplugged! I need the car to be charged by the morning so I'll have to keep my eye on that. I've also noticed that I've not had any data from the smart meter since Thursday morning so perhaps that has something to do with it?

Finding current OVO tariffs and plans from the online account?

When I'm logged on to myAccount, I can't seem to find any links to show me the currently available tariffs and plans (like the information I received when I had to renew). Am I missing something? The lack of a search facility from myAccount doesn't help either (or is that something else I've missed)?
