HelloTrying to find a way I can download all my past usage to a spreadsheet but I cannot find any way to do this.  I know I can copy/paste into Excel but it would be better if I could download a year at a time. Even better would be API access.  I see in the chat this was discussed about 5 years ago, did it take off? Thanks in advance.  

Does anyone know if today (bank holiday) counts as a weekend or is it just treated as a regular Monday. (On the trial the Xmas bank hols were treated like a weekend - but I don't know if that was just a bit of Xmas spirit or if it applies to all bank hols)  

Until recently, my Chameleon IHD used to show a standing charge.  I went through it a couple of days ago, and it has stopped showing this.  The meter still identifies a charge of 50.5p per day.  I had heard somewhere that standing charges were to be banned for prepayment customers, and was wondering if that applies to credit meter accounts too.

Reading about radio signal shutdown ending some economy 7 meters but struggling to find out how to get a new one as have a snart meter already but struggling as accidentally deleted some emails with ovo. Seem to be a delay on getting a new one. As have solar panels with FIT looking at VAT free battery storage to help with winter heating when limited solar. Cheers for time and help. 

Hi, I provided OVO with meter readings yesterday. I have digital pre-payment meters (not smart). Between them they display nearly £200 credit, like to have a little extra on just in case. I got a lovely email from the OVO customer care team thanking me for providing the readings that stated my credit with them is £485.12. Now I am confused. How can I have more credit than the meter displays? Is it in addition to the amount displayed? Will it go on my meter? Should I ask them for it to be paid back to me? I’ve read that this time of year is when any credit should be at its lowest & that’s a lot of my money! And ideas what I should do please?

Just had a new smart meter fitted, Kaifa MA120 with a Toshiba top.since it was fitted I have been having trouble with my Harvi & Zappi car charger,I had a Grid CT lost error code come up. I’ve re installed Harvi on channel 1 & it worked for a while but again got CT code, I’ve now moved Harvi to channel 3 & appears to be ok.anone else had problems with there Harvi/Zappi set up since Smart meter install?cheers 

Hi, have been with OVO nearly two nears now and always submit my gas and electric readings manually on the exact day every month and never had a problem, its been great. But how often do OVO send a meter reader out to verify my readings are correct?

Hello, In late January, I have switched the electricity suppliers and left OVO Energy. Today, I have received a statement for electricity for the period between 17 February and 16 March, which was already covered by my new supplier and not by OVO, indicating just over 66 pounds in debit. How can I owe this amount if OVO is no longer my supplier at the property? Upon trying to conact OVO in a reply to the statement sent by e-mail (at hello@ovoenergy.com), I received a message that this e-mail account is not registered to an OVO account, which further complicates the issue. I would appreciate any help on the subject. If that helps, my OVO account number listed in the statement is *Edited by Mod* Kind regards

I was on holiday between the 4th and 24th February. I left a fridge freezer and a seperate freezer running obviously. All other appliances were unplugged including the internet. Ovo have e mailed to say my average useage was 17.75% higher than what was required to hit my target. Perhaps I have should have moved out for the extra 9 days. I think we are being hoodwinked !

Hello Everyone,I’m asking if there is someone on here who can help me to navigate my way to working all these things to my best advantage. I have solar panels, a 4.8KW storage battery and an electric vehicle. Last October I signed up for the Power Move scheme which has been great and I have managed to reach the maximum £15 every month.Now that we are coming into the Spring which brings more daylight hours and more sunshine hopefully I’m trying to work out the best way to maximise all these things. Last summer I was able to run my EV almost completely from charging it in the daytime from solar generation alone (I work part time so am at home a lot so can plug it in once my battery has fully charged), but I realise now that that does not help my statistics to benefit from Power Move. I realise the peak hours for Power Move change from 4-7pm to 6-9pm in April.All you clever analytical people with your spread sheets - would I do better to not charge my car from solar generation in the day,

(sent 2nd July 2022)Hello,  I would like to request a review and reduction to calculations for my Direct Debit amount. I currently pay £107 per month (I have always chosen to pay a little more than the minimum requested amount) , and I have been informed today that OVO will be changing my monthly payment to £255. Thats a 238% increase.  I would like to request an 'estimation' that accurately reflects my actual usage as I a) live alone and work 6 days a week (ie: reduced usage) and b) an increase to £255 per month is both unattainable and excessive to say the least for a single occupancy, lower usage dwelling.  My current account balance is +£696.05 I am on the 2 year fixed energy plan for both Gas and Electricity.  The OVO email estimates that my account will be -£2,959.51 at contract end on 7th Feb 2024 (end of contract).  Regards Leigh Foster  I really would appreciate a response from people as I am really concerned with how I can affo

Hi to all, After a long conversation with British Gas about relocating the gas meter, the answer was no, even if I need the meter to be moved from the right side of the wall to the left side only. And, all these are under 10 inch long. They said it’s free to move 1m to the right and 1m above, but not to moved on a different wall. This seems a bit ridiculous and without common sense.To pay 1500 pounds sounds a bit crazy.Is there any other way to sort this out?I am willing to pay some money, but not that weird price.Please see the photos attached. Gas meter to be moved from right to the left. Even the main gas pipe has an extension to do that. Thanks

Hi All,I have a Jaguar iPace with the Ohme ePod charger which I have been told will still work once Jaguar lockdown their API preventing Anytime charging in the normal way.I tried last night and again tonight and the only way I can get the car to charge is via the “Charge to full ASAP” I have tried to set a schedule but the car just says “initialising” the jaguar app has no schedule setI am missing something - BTW I deleted my Anytime account and re-open it under the Ohme and not the Jaguar.Thanks 

Starting a new conversation because I can’t find any info on the forum about this.I have recently had an Ohme Home Pro EV charge point installed and signed up for the Charge Anytime add-on. I’ve been monitoring the Charge Anytime credits that have been applied to my account and they don’t seem to match the kWh consumption that is being reported in the Ohme app. I think everything is set up correctly and some Ovo credits have been applied, but the usage doesn’t look very much like what the Ohme app says I’ve used - my Ovo account is either missing some smart charging sessions or the smart charging kWh for each session are being underreported. I appreciate that there may be some delay between the chargepoint reporting the session and Ovo applying the charge credits, but Its been 4 days since I last plugged in and things have not caught up.So the question for anyone with a similar setup is - how accurately do the Charge Anytime consumption figures match those that are reported by your cha

Just to put it out there that I’ve had a warning from my security program that I’ve had a data breach on my account with OVO.  Suggest people check their accounts, especially if they are in credit.

I am new tenant to the house. I was informed by the landlord that the energy is provided by OVO. After the first month, I receive the latest bill and want to setup an account to manage it and pay for the bill.But I can’t setup the new account which “ Some of your details don’t match your account information” appear.I think OVO may not have any personal details of me registered.While the heading of the bill is just“The Occupier”“Address”“Post Code” As what I research on this forum, it is hard to find a “REAL” person for enquiry on every aspect of OVO.Any idea?Many thanks

Only just started using charge anytime and I am confused! Tried charging at 50% to be ready next day @ 7.00 but only got to 70%, so am I doing something wrong? I have the Ohme pro! Tia

I have a GEO TRIO Touchbutton IHD connected to my smart meters. My tariff involves both day and night rates for electricity but I am unable to figure out how to see the different usages and meter readings for these on the IHD - I can only see a total electricity usage. I can see the two different rates directly on the smart meter and they are also visible on my on-line account. They are just not visible on the IHD - I’ve tried getting OVO to rectify this but no success so far. Any had a similar problem?

I recently moved into a newly built property. I was told my electricity supplier is OVO so I contacted them to set up an account and direct debit. 2 months later and I’m still unable to get into my online account, and they’re saying it’s because my meter is de-energised! This can’t be the case as the electricity supply is working fine! What is even more frustrating is that my bill that I got by email says £0 in charges when they’ve been taking £25 direct debit each month! Any ideas on how to sort this out? Thanks in advance.
