Hi,It’s a trio touch button in-home display and it was fine for the first few months. I only have electricity and that’s what it displayed until a few days ago.Now it has a split screen showing gas and various gas options.Gas Usage is 0.0 of course, but I’d like to make the electric display full screen again. Unplugging it overnight didn’t help.I also tried deleting settings and then data. 

 I have the Indra App which works fine and it was linked to the Charge Anytime app until I deliberately deleted it today. The reason I deleted it was because I wish to use Solar to charge my car. I enabled the solar settings on the Indra app yesterday and for the first time I saw some regular charging activity during the day. I then read the article “How solar works for Indra customers in the Charge Anytime app”. Its here https://forum.ovoenergy.com/electric-vehicles-166/how-solar-works-for-indra-customers-in-the-charge-anytime-app-19669 The article suggests that I must go further and tell Charge Anytime that I am using solar. If you haven’t, the article suggests, you should delete the Charge Anytime app and re-register. I have done

Today I changed my D/D to £103 from £114 previously £123 right upto £195 3yrs ago & a lot of refunds over years totaling over £1000. Since getting a smart meter & monitoring our usage on the App we are very pleased. Much more control and now better educated on how we use/save energy which is beneficial to our budget but also the planet. Years ago we got smart plugs and bulbs free from SSE & OVO. They were really helpful, especially as I’m disabled & bedbound, they are worth there weight in gold I would like to get more. I’ve requested a refund, as our account  in a lot of Credit. Another benefit of Smart meter & App. I may use the money to get more plugs, bulbs and/or devices to assist me. Anybody got any suggestions on helpful tips techie gadgets that assist around the homeThanks Chris 

Hello there I joined OVO a month ago by phone call. Since then, I haven't received any welcome email or confirmation. I have attempted to contact helpdesk through phone call many times and succeeded couple of times and got my OVO ID. However using OVO ID I am not able to register my OVO account on either online or mobile app. I am looking to get account created and give Gas/Electric meter reading for this month I am starting to be a bit concerned about Please, could you help me? Many thanksSelvendran Chandran

Can anyone help I topped up my smart/not so smart electric meter on Saturday with £10 just before it was due to run out. Well I’mnow running on friendly credit the £10 has been taking out of my bank I’ve tried entering the UTRN code but it says its already been used. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and I usually keep putting extra money on. I’m so fed up with this I keep having to go outside to look at my balance as my indoor display never works. I’m fed up with OVO I never had a single issue with my previous supplier.

Just curious, when we all changed to the new app I noticed I no longer have the ‘your EV’ section on my app on the website, I quite liked how easy it was to see the energy useage difference for comparing tariffs etc on renewal, is there still a way to see this easily without having to manually tot everything up from the anytime app and thebills?Or is there an export usage for the month in the app I’m just missing to get the total kwh so I can work it out a lot easier?

OVO have been promising access to online account mangement via their new website for over a year now and it is still not available. Why is it taking so long to migrate customers from a legacy system? This is a task that should not be that difficult. Everytime I need to make a change or sometimes give an extra meter reading I have to spend ages on the phone or on the chatbot.

Last year Ovo organised for a replacement for my ancient electricity meter, as the power generated from my solar panels was making it go backwards. This has now happened with the apparently up-to-the-minute replacement. Lots of people are now generating with solar panels, so any clues as to the answer? And please don't say: a smart meter!

I have been using Charge anytime for years. Up to April the monthly saving on my app matched the anytime credit on my energy bill. For May and June there is a large discrepancy.n Anyone know why?

Good morning. I am on a bill monthly account but always make sure I am in credit so log in daily to keep an eye.  Im very careful with usage of gas/electric I only put my heating on when needed usually twice for an hour or 2 when freezing in the evenings and only to keep dampness away as i tuck myself up with electric blanketIf I have my grandbabies I keep it running and last week I had them for 1 days and 1 night so kept on heating all day as both under 2years Ive been worried about the cost of usage but I must be in the twilight zone as price doesnt make sense. The Wednesday my heating was on all day and tuesday was a ‘regular’ day but look at the difference in cost?  Does this seem right?Im in a 3 bed semi bungalow with windows that desperately need replacing so very very draughtyThank you in advance  

OVOS LEGAL OBLIGATION have/will be  left without ANY Heating and Hot Water for  2 weeks, in the 'minus' degree centigrade temperatures. I have taken extra insurance [Boiler Cover] over the last 4 years to mitigate this risk. I have been told today that the issue will not be fixed until December 9, possibly December 12 at the earliest. Time line of events:June 25 : Boiler serviced by Corgi Homecare Plan 24-7  as part of an OVO policy I have had for 4 years. November 23: Boiler failedNovember 23: Called Corgi told to repressureize the Boiler [Myself] - Completed WorkedNovember 24: Failed Again 10pm - Called Corgi Engineer to visit November 26November 26: Engineer visits need apparently 4 new parts asked Corgi/OVO to call me, to confirm parts orderedNovember 27: No CallNovember 28: No Call - I called 5 times for over an hour was told we will call November 29November

I recently moved into an apartment. The previous tenants used OVO Energy and I would like to use them too. I have submitted my email address and have done so repeatedly, but no link has been sent to my email. How can I get urgent assistance?

Why, when I faithfully provide meter readings on time, each month, does OVO still give estimated readings on my bills?

OVO have treated their customers who are on their legacy on-line portal very badly. OVO decided not to inform customers by email that their on-line access had been suspended and have failed to pro-actively keep us informed of when our on-line access will be restored. Despite being assured on multiple occasions that on-line access would be restored by the end of 2023 this is now promised in Q1 2024. Customers need to let OVO know that they need to keep us regularly informed and make it a priority to restore our on-line access by the end of January not the end of March 2024. A selection of my recent correspondence with OVO is below.   9th December“I am afraid I have no infinitive date on when you will be migrated over to our upgraded system, where you will be able to use the app.  When we spoke some time ago, we said end of the year However, let me take this away and see if I can get an update.”11th De

I find it hilarious that OVO advises me to increase my direct debit from £85 to £160+. A month on a two up two down townhouse when I switched because they were cheaper than my previous supplier. . Don’t they realise I will simply switch back . Lol  

I had Smart Meters (gas and electricity) installed on 3rd March. When will I see my first statement? Your FAQ says it can take 6-8 weeks (though not why it takes so long), but it is now over 10 weeks. I can see my usage on the website (though strangely not in the app), so I know the meter readings are going to you, and obviously my DD credits are accumulating, so the lack of statements is not a major issue, but presumably I ought to be getting them at some point ... This message here is my last chance to get help. No one at OVO will help. They just pass me around, 10 times!!! Next step it to take legal advice. I have no choice! OVO support staff WILL NOT HELP!!! I spent two hours on the phone and spoke to 10 different people. And not a single one can help. The web site will not allow me fix the issue online as the house has a pre payment meter. I have to phone. My old OVO account was closed when I moved out of my flat a month ago. I could not be sure my purchase would happen. So I had no new address at that time. It would appear that the cost of energy used for the year on the usage page is just the cost of the units used not including the standing charges etc.  This seems confusing if not disingenuous as standing charges make up nearly 30% of the overall billed amount.

I have 2 IONIQ 5s, every time I want to charge one I have to disconnect one from the bluelink account and connect the one I wish to charge. Is there a work around? Or am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated.

Since 24/7 when trying to access online account I just get message:"We're working on a new website for youWe're very sorry that you can't log in to your account at the moment. "" What does this even mean "we will get back to you in the near future"?...is it just my account or are others affected? I am currently paying about 28p per unit in a fixed plan until November.  Since rates seem to have dropped to around 22p according to plans.ovoenergy.com for my postcode. it seems to me it would make sense to switch.  Will OVO allow the switch even though I am still within my fixed rate contract? 

I'm pay as you go and have just gone to top up, but the metre is only displaying the green light with no credit etc? I've put the key in and nothing, pressed the blue button and nothing. Im worried that I'm going to end up in darkness with not knowing when the fault started? We did experience a power cut a couple of weeks back. Can anyone advise? I've rang over and they're only accepting emergency calls such as no supply.
