Why is my Top Up showing on meter but not in my online account or app?

Hello,

Just topped up and Credit showing on my meter but not showing balance update online or in app. I have a smart meter.

@hallj12345 The team has noticed that sometimes top-ups don't show up right away, which can be a little confusing. No need to worry, though as these updates usually happen overnight since there’s a scheduled run at midnight to keep everything current. 

 

If you still don’t see your updates by morning, just let us know. We're more than happy to help out if you flag the issue, either here on the forum or through our Support Team.

Also the new top up app is now showing error message again.  I was asked to report this if it happens again because it happened once before.  Thanks

When did you last top up? Just a heads-up, it can take about half an hour for the top-up to show up in the meter app. I’ll go ahead and report this issue to the app team and check if they’ve received any other reports. Thanks so much for letting us know 😊

Thanks for your reply.  It is also on the online account as well.  Phoned this morning.  Man on phone spoke to team and escalated it too.

Just chatting with the team just now about your issue and they’ve asked if you managed to grab a screenshot of the error message at all? If not no issue they’re just wanting to see what message appears.

It has also updated online as well.  I asked because it usually updates in a few minutes after topping up.
