Hey @deluce53,

Welcome to the community!

As a public forum, we don't have access to accounts, but don't worry! Our Support Team is here to help you out. If you reach out to them, they can check the status of your voucher and get everything sorted for you. I've included all the contact options in the article below, so you can easily get in touch.

I hope this helps!

Howdy!

If you’ve had the letter but no credit yet, please reach out to OVO.

If the letter says you don’t need to take action or provide more information, OVO can check the system to see what’s going on.

If the letter has more instructions, please complete those first.

If you’re eligible for the scheme, your letter will confirm you do not need to do anything. Your electricity supplier will apply the discount to your bill by 31 March 2026.

If you need to give more information, your letter will tell you to call the helpline by 28 February 2026 to confirm your details.

Have you checked your bills? Mine was applied a week before I received my letter. If you still haven’t got it, the best way would be to reach OVO Customer Support.

Hey @Linda66

Welcome to the Forum, I’m glad to see a few of our community members have already stopped by with some really helpful advice here.

If you’ve not checked the recent bills from us already, please do so as it may already have been applied as costeek suggested.

All payments due to be paid should be applied before 31 March as our users have also suggested. The Support Team are able to track the status of the application/payment, so if you still have any concerns heading towards the 31 March, please do reach out to the team for some further assistance.

For more information on the Warm Home Discount, check out the Government page here, or our topic below:

I hope this helps.😊

I think that you are asking about the Warm Home Discount scheme?

That is a government scheme which credits £150 towards your winter energy bill if you are eligible, it’s automatic if you qualify in England and Wales, however if you are in Scotland then you may have to apply.

The winter 2025-2026 WHD scheme is now closed, the 2026-2027 one starts in October.

For more details about the WHD scheme see:

https://forum.ovoenergy.com/extra-support-191

If however you are looking for what help OVO can offer then see:

https://forum.ovoenergy.com/extra-support-191

In particular the bedbound person should be signed up to the Priority Services Register:
