Hi, we have a 2025 Mercedes EQA 250+ and a 2021 Mercedes A250e with the Ohme home pro charger. All has worked well until today. There is an issue when it goes through the process to connect where it is now saying we have to agree to terms and conditions? I can’t find where the terms and conditions place is to agree? We haven’t unagreed anything. Has anyone else had this issue and found the workaround? I have attached a screenshot of the issue that so far is pre ending the charge anytime. We can charge at full price per kWh but am hoping there is a fix?

How to stop a new ovo installed and managed via charge anytime solar battery installation from draining the battery. I want the Zappi which is controlled by charge anytime to take power from grid by default unless I ask it to take from the battery.Is there a grid or battery option in the app. thanks in advance

Evening, Just about to have an Indra Smart Pro charger fitted to a very thick brick pillar on the garage. I want the install as neat as possible so to have the cables enter from the rear. Plan is to pre drill the holes so it's as easy as possible for the installer. I've contacted the installer who reckons the hole centres are at 3.5". Tbh I have a feeling that's wrong from scaling up a plan view image on screen. Posting up here on the off chance someone here might have one they can measure for me.  Many thanks in advance  

Feel like I have left high and Dry, Surely a Charger is expected to last more than 3 years 9 months?? My Indra charger stop working Suddenly at 10pm on a Sunday night, It has power and Internet and when I plug the charger into the car it starts charging but on the Web Platform it says its charging at 0kwh, it then stops all together after 10 minutes. The car thinks its charging as its flashing Green Light but the actual charger is not getting the Electric to the Car, so I tried boosting because I need to charge the car! Same thing happening its not actually charging but thinks its charging. Reported this to Indra and because I am out of warrant  by 9 months I have been basically told its my problem and there is nothing they can do, personally I don't think they know what the problem can be. Support is non existent and it was me chasing them to try and resolve my issue, would anyone have any ideas why this charger is not sending the electric

It’s 6:45am, and my EV is not charged and has not started charging. I plugged it in yesterday at about 5:30pm.The Charge Anytime app said it was planning my charge to start after 8pm. Then this message changed to ‘planning your next charge’ (ready by 07:00 tomorrow) up until midnight then changed to ‘ready by 07:00 today’It worked fine the two other times I’ve used overnight charging. The Volvo car app shows the cable has connected but is not charging. The Hypervolt app shows no charging taking place, and that it’s under the control of ‘OVO mode’.Not sure what to do next as all the apps seem to be working and charger is locked into car - help!Any advice appreciated  

Basically as above.i have tried online but it just says am already on charge anytime and doesn’t give me a option to add a monthly subscription.i have tried the charge anytime app but that says monthly subscriptions are handle via the website and wants me to login via the website.went on chat but the person just kept asking what I needed help with.so am kinda stuck now.

Noticed in my Charge Anytime App today it states “CA is moving” and we need to download and use the OVOcharge App to carry on using CA.I don’t remember seeing any emails about this so just curious what (if anything) changes for CA and any impact?I’ve downloaded the new app but it doesn’t recognise my login so looks like it needs a new registration. How will that impact existing CA account, credits and history etc? 

I purchased a new Cupra Born in September.My new car purchase made me eligible to claim 30,000 free miles under the VWG promotion (10,000 miles per year over 3 years).Due to this I moved from Octopus to Ovo.I signed up to charge anytime and was initially being charged 7p per kwh.My first year of free miles was credited to my account - valued at £212.12. I believe this is based on 10,000 miles at a 3.5 mile per kwh charged at 7p per kwh.I was advised that charge anytime would be changing on the 4th November and the charge would be going up to 14p per kwh.However... as I was part of the VWG promotion, I was advised I would be staying on the 7p per kwh rate. This makes complete sense as if I pay 14p per kwh, I would only be getting 5,000 miles a year. I have since charged my car on the 5th November and was charged 14p per kwh. So can someone please explain what is going on and why I am being charged 14p per kwh?

Hi this is the same question I had before BECAUSE I'm getting conflicting info. I took delivery of a Skoda Enyaq in January and I asked if the 7p kWh hour would apply to me . I was told to email charge anytime team (which i did) but was answered on the forum and I was advised I would just keep going with the 7p.I thought I'd double check because when charge anytime did finally respond after 6 weeks and made no mention of the 7p but said I need to register for the free miles. So I contacted OVO via telephone and the agent advised I would need to register my cars SLI order number to qualify. I eventually found it and entered it via the link and was advised it could take 2 weeks. So I contacted OVO again yday and after an 1hr 15 wait an agent (nice guy) advised that I would only be eligible if the car was purchased after the 1st of Jan 2025. So today I received this:

What are the charge anytime wait times? Currently up to an hour now on the phones and took 6 weeks to reply to email. What are the best times to call. This is ludicrous, I've had to listen to the Kooks 5 times - that's unforgivable. 

I have a 2024 Hyundai Kona, since adding the Charge Anytime Add on & linking to my Bluelink account it keeps coming up with  "Charging process successfully completed as configured" which isn't the case. I have to then press charge again via the Bluelink app. This happens within 15 - 30 minutes of charging. The charge anytime app still shows the car as charging when it clearly isn't.I contacted Hyundai and they advised it would be the 3rd party app causing this, is this a known issue and how can I resolve this as I want to benefit from the cheaper rate. Thanka

I have set up an account on the OVO Charge app using the same e-mail address as my OVO account. I am supposed to get a voucher code for £2 off one of the OVO Charge boost memberships for 6 months (effectively making the 'Light' membership free) but I can't see anywhere to get this code. Any ideas??

An advisory for those of you wanting to purchase an Indra Lux charger and will rely on a 4g dongle for internet connectivity. The Dongle needs to be purchased separately as part of the installation and will stop working after 3 years. I have asked Indra for clarity on this point but would seem bizarre to me that it would simply disconnect after 3 years particularly as it’s a £200 add on!

So for the first time last night I’ve had my car not charge due to a software update on the car.I’ve always plugged it in before an update, but its been a while I guess and since the new system stops charging the car after the car stops taking power, had a mere 0.3kw added to the car! Plugged in car, went to bed didn’t think anything of it, woke up with non charged car :( Just a heads up for anyone to do the update then plug in or schedule it for maybe a few hours before you need the car so it will get charged before any update!I really wish they let the car trickle charge like the old system did, had to boost for an hour or so to make sure I had enough this morning.This is more of a heads up I guess, its not something I really thought about before!

Had my Indra Charger installed for a week now.Done several charges with no issues, OVO has 'seen' them fine.Until this morning that is.Latest charge has not shown in the OVO app and it's been saying there is an issue try again later.Got home and charger was flashing purple, which I understand is a comms error.Rebooted and now white again, but OVO don't seem to know I charged last night, as I guess there was a comms problem.Will this sort itself out or will I be charged at the full rate for this charge period because of a comms drop?And anyone with an Indra, how common is it for this to happen, bit worrying.

Hi Community,Hoping someone can help.  I have a new ID3 that is not being charged unless it is manually applied via the VW app when connected to my home Ohme charger.I understand the changes that have been made between Ovo and Ohme, so have deleted my Ohme account and app from my phone. after doing this I also deleted my car from the Charge Anytime app and re-created.Now, whenever I plug in, the car is seen as being connected in the CA app, and does start to charge for a few moments, but then stops. If I set it to be ready by, for example, 6am, nothing is then added.  This is now becoming a big issue!I will add that the one time that it has worked it still didn’t reach the 80% requested which is also big problem.Charging away from home is no problem. I have used a number of other charging points, so the issue is between the car, CA and Ohme.Any ideas are more than welcomed!!

Hi, i have a new Hypervolt Pro3, that is linked to my Ovo charge account, so Ovo decides when to charge.  My HV account says the charger is locked.  So, do I need to unlock that from the HV account or does Ovo do that when it starts chargjng? There seems to be contradictory information out there on this.If I "unlock" manually during the OVO scheduled session, will the cost of charging be the 7p per kwh or my standard rate? Thanks

Having checked my past 3 months, as I have not received any credits for my EV charging even though I had been receiving them from June 25. I contacted the Helpdesk and was informed that the App had lost my data for the past 3 months and I would not be receiving any credits even though it is obvious from my billing data when I charged my car. I find this incredibly unfair and want to inform other users to check. Without those credits has forced up my monthly credit from £90 to £136 per month. I was informed that OVO will not give me my credits as it was my fault that the App failed. I am extremely unhappy with this 

Is it possible to setup temporary charging with a slow 13A car charger using charge anytime? At home I have an Indra charger, it works fine with Charge Anytime, no problems.  At the moment I am having my driveway re-laid, and this means I can’t get my car on the drive near the charger.  I do have a 13A charger for the car, and have worked out it reaches the end ok.  But can I set that up to use charge anytime?  I can’t see how to add another charger in the app?Car is a Tesla Model 3 if that matters.

Hi, I have used the new OVO Charge app a few times before without any issues. Since early this week the OVO Charge app is not recognising that the car is plugged in. The car sticks on the initialising stage, and the blue light on the charger is flashing like the initialising stage, but no charge seems to be releasing as the app still states ‘plug in vehicle to begin charging’.I have never used the OVO anytime app as still fairly new to EV’s. I have a Jaguar Ipace and an Evec charger.I have also emailed the OVO charge email address and not had a response since Monday. I am now having to charge away from home costing a lot of extra money.I have also tried deleting both Evec and OVO charge app’s and reinstalling and still no joy.Any help would be great fully appreciated.

Recently renewed our contract for the 3rd year and just noticed that we are no longer receiving our charge anytime credit. Ive emailed support, just wanted to check if this has happened to anyone else and if they had any problems getting it sorted.

How can I find out which public chargers are compatible with Ovo's charging card? I can use Zapmap to find chargers but might not get the saving by using the card.I want to find a compatible chademo charger near Gatwick airport and there's currently no way of doing so.
