Congratulations to our 1000th user!!!

We've done it, our first 1000 users of the new OVO Forum! We are so excited to hit this first big milestone in our journey. Hot off the press - we've reached 100 users!

Wow, what a milestone, 4 weeks in and we've hit 100 users! Big thank you to Wronglepuss for being our 100th sign up and also for getting stuck straight in by asking a great question. :) We're all pretty excited to reach this number of users, I know not all of you have got active and joined in on a conversation yet, but we are really confident that when you do, you will find the forum a great place to help and advice and also get to share your experiences with our users. A big welcome to our new members!

Well it's been a busy week, launching a forum is not for the faint hearted. 🙂 Luckily we're a brave lot at OVO Energy and never shy away from a challenge, especially when it benefits our customers! The good news is, it was well worth it! Its been great to see our first new members signing up and getting involved. We've seen some really good discussion already and it's clear that smart meters are definitely a hot topic for our customers right now.
