Finding current OVO tariffs and plans from the online account?

When I'm logged on to myAccount, I can't seem to find any links to show me the currently available tariffs and plans (like the information I received when I had to renew). Am I missing something?

 

The lack of a search facility from myAccount doesn't help either (or is that something else I've missed)?

We’ve got some great news! We’ve recently re-opened up our Fixed tariffs to everyone on the market. You can find out all about our available tariffs here: https://www.ovoenergy.com/home-energy-plans.

 

Take a browse through and see what’ll work for you.

Moral: keep checking Our prices | OVO Energy, regularly, daily if it’s really important. The best tariffs are often only available for a few days as the commercial people will often apply a quota for the number of customers taking a particularly favourable one. 

 

Just to note that the Online Exclusive tariff has changed (increased) this morning.
It’s now the ‘Online Exclusive - 16/07/2025’

So keep an eye out for possible changes to the others.

    ​@Nukecad , thanks for taking the trouble to do the comparison check. It's interesting. ​@Ben_OVO , yes I've checked my online renewals offers and I also spoke to Rich at OVO customer services who told me that they are the offers available to me. Since my renewal date is still over a month away,  I'm going to chance waiting another week or two in the hope that a better tariff comes on offer closer to 20th August.

    Now Ovo have changed their website format I can no longer find a tariff list in order to see latest prices. Where has the tariff list gone?

    ​@Emmanuelle_OVO . I missed out! I didn't check for 2 days so decided I'd better sign up for the new 1 year  fixed loyalty plan at slightly higher rates in case they changed again. Glad I did after reading the news today of higher than forecast price levels for the coming winter!

    I don’t think it’s gone anywhere: Our prices | OVO Energy

    This page only lists current prices, so you’ll have to wait until 1 October to see the effect of the newly-announced price cap.

    I keep that webpage in a browser bookmark.

    Although as I signed up to a new 12 month fix a few weeks ago that starts at midnight tonight then I probably won't really need it for a while.

    I’m afraid the ‘main website’ (https://www.ovoenergy.com)is a bit of a sorry affair, so there’s no link to the Our prices page that I could find. Searching for it can also be a surreal experience, often leading to various incarnations of the Get a quote page we started from. Take a leaf out of ​@Nukecad’s book and squirrel away your own link to the prices page.

    ​@johndebs, ​@Firedog ​@Nukecad I’ve also been browsing the site and can’t find the plan list, however it does appear on Google if you search ‘OVO prices’:

     

     

    I’m going to reach out to the Web team to see whether this should have been included in the new site - I’ll reach back out if I get an answer. It might be that they’re still doing a lot of updates to the new site.
