I have 2 IONIQ 5s, every time I want to charge one I have to disconnect one from the bluelink account and connect the one I wish to charge. Is there a work around? Or am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated.

Hi @Rush220 ,

Are the vehicles linked to Charge Anytime?

They are indeed but that's the problem I can only have one linked at a time.

Hey @Rush220

Have you managed to contact the Charge Anytime team about this yet? If not I’d definitely suggest doing that so they can check?

How to get in contact with the Charge Anytime team

  • Charge Anytime - 0330 175 9678 (Option 1 new customers/option 2 existing customers)

  • chargeanytime@ovo.com

When neither car is charging do they both link to the account fine at the same time?

I have emailed twice but as of yet no reply. I will ring them.

No as I have to disconnect one to connect the other it is only showing the one that is connected. Even when not charging, the second is non existent.

Hey @Rush220

Did you manage to get any further forward with this in the end?
