I have been using Charge anytime for years. Up to April the monthly saving on my app matched the anytime credit on my energy bill. For May and June there is a large discrepancy.n Anyone know why?

I have the same problem. Ohme was dropped and I switched fully to the Ohme app for over a month now but whereas the app says £50 saved, my bill credit is £20 (roughly rounding).

Hi,

If you think the credits are wrong, please ask the Charge Anytime team to investigate. 0330 175 9678 or chargeanytime@ovo.com . They’ll review it for you.

Thank you, I had queried before about Hyundai car not showing on the app (BMW is perfect) but now it looks like the credit in the app doesn't feed to the main account. Incredibly frustrating given the drop in Ohme support. It's pushing me to change suppliers, what a shame.

Hey @dcwt2010,

What will the credit look like on my bill?

We apply Charge Anytime credit to your account in the first week of every month. It’ll also appear on your monthly OVO energy bill under the heading Charge Anytime Credit. The credit shown on your bill will be for the electricity you used for smart charging the previous month. So in the first week of September, you’ll see your credit for August.

If the above doesn’t help please contact the team & they will be able to assist further.

How to get in contact with the Charge Anytime team

  • Call 0330 175 9678 (Option 1 new customers/option 2 existing customers)

  • Email via chargeanytime@ovo.com

  • Webchat, click the link then the green chat icon at the bottom right of the page

Thanks, I've emailed the Charge anytime team but they can take a few weeks to reply.

Thank you for the clarification, right now the anytime app says I've saved £48 in June. My July bill has only got credit for £19, so clearly something is broken.

Good news, got a call from that team. They think the discrepancy is when the source of the data was switched so my account will be credited the difference. Fingers crossed from now on it'll work as before.

Yes, I was wondering when you’ll fix the issue with Hyundai and Anytime. Basically, the BMW sync perfectly but for Hyundai, the Anytime app thinks my car is charging away from home...

Hey @dcwt2010

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with charging the Hyundai. What model is it?

I’ve linked below to some similar topics which may be helpful, but I’ll also check in with the Charge Anytime team to see if they can offer some further advice.
