Help does anyone else's GPS turn off in the car when changing the charge time on the ovo app? 

I was on payg with boost then changed to ovo payg, I have gone to direct debit with ovo, I still have £90 credit on the payg account how do I get that back ?

I just tried to initiate a webchat to ask about changing tariffs. The chat ended abruptly with this instruction:  Is that really a freephone number? If not, would someone please put the chatbot right?

When will I be able to check my bill online it's been waiting over three years for the new website and app. 

My IHD stopped working 3 days ago. When I turn it on its stuck at "searching for smart meter" screen. And don't want to display any more information. My online account also stopped on 3 days ago balance. But the smart meter itself is working and shows the actual balance. Pls help me. What can I do?

Hi,I’ve got a smart appointment booked and have ask for the engineer to replace my current semi concealed, traditional gas meter with a wall mounted smart meter. I have a few questions which I couldn’t get answered when booking, and wondered if anyone here might know…The meter is in a raised plant bed (which I’m removing) outside directly in the middle of the house. I’d like to move it a foot or so to the right so that it’s not so visible. Will the engineer be able to move it slightly without the transporter being involved? As the meter is going from semi concealed to wall mounted, will I need to have purchased a new meter box before the appointment? Will the engineer be able to fit this for me? What size will the meter box need to be to ensure the new meter fits?thanks so much for your help

My meter went "dumb" a few days ago see usage screenPhoned help line on 27th August and young lady I spoke to was unable to get a reading when she tried, unlike the previous time this happened in early August when it was successful and things returned to normal.She went off to consult and it was concluded that as I have all 3 lights flashing at the correct frequency then I would need an engineer to visit and this is booked for next week.Going on past experience, I am not so sure as I checked online this morning and “Home Page” now hasClicked on the meter reading link and I get

‘Upgrades’ is a slight billing misnomer for features that cost, separate from fuel costs and VAT. Hi All, I am a newbie to the EV world. I did my first charge last night via the anytime app. However when I have looked this morning my anytime app is saying 12.1kw and smart charge is showing £1.69 however my Hypervolt is showing 48.20kwh charging and a cost of £7.04.  has anyone seen stuff like this and what can they advise as I don’t want to be paying the full price and not get the 7p per kWh 

Anyone having trouble with Meter reading I have sent in about three still no bill they want me to have a smart meter they gotta be joking Can’t even handle a meter reading and what I read on here  they have trouble with Smart metres.

This morning I has been shocked with email from OVO energy,  : I’m [Removed by Moderator], a billing agent here at OVO. I’m getting in touch today to let you know that because of an error on our system, your bills were missing some charges. I’m very sorry about this. So, at 13/02/24. new smart meters has been installed at property as previous meters , as I been told, was too old and they did not send usage info to smart display and my bills were issued by estimates, which appeared later were not too wrong.After meters has been installed, I was monitoring our household energy consumption very carefully every day as I was all about to optimize it as much as possible.  Average usage of electricity in our property is about 10 kwhr daily, in average month it comes out as 310 kwhr. I did not noticed any excessive usage spikes as we using the same appliances for many years, such as PC, telly, fridge etc. So, I was happy, that I can see current usage

I keep getting requests to join that lead to a page with Error on it.But I’m now a member - but no information as to what to do or evidence it’s up and running at all. Would be grateful for any info before I go crazy.

had 2 new smet 2 meters fitted on 28/08/24 electric showing but not had been 4 days now still not showing gas can you tell me why it is a chameleons

Hello, I have been living in this flat for a couple of months and so far there have been no issues with the smart meter and the IHD until this long weekend.I have a Landis+Gyr E470 SMETS2 and a Geo IHD here. They look exactly like the pictures here (without the gas meter):A few days ago I noticed the clock on the IHD became 15-20 minutes slower. Yesterday it showed something like “no data” so I power cycled the IHD and then it is stuck with connecting to the meter. It is reporting the 22-0 and 28-2 codes when I check the status.I checked the comms hub and the SW, WAN and HAN lights are flashing every 5 seconds but OVO is not receiving the reads and is asking me to manually enter them.May I know is there anything I can do on my side before reaching the support? Good Afternoon, I am looking for some advice. So I had a smart meter installed on the 20th Aug 2024. And to my disappointment I received an IHD3, I am pay monthly direct debit. So not prepay version. I'm very computer savvy as such. I have emailed twice to complaints department asking why I did not receive the newer IHD6. As in there home user booklet. And I feel I am being fobbed off, With emails from OVO saying that that the above mentioned is perfectly fine and compatible. And unfortunately thats basically what we are giving out. I understand that the IHD3 I have is as they say. All you need!! How do I get a more upto date version? At least a new improved IHD6 or an IHD7. Do I have to buy one? The Direct Debit calculator is a valuable tool, but it is far from perfect. One major drawback is its attempt to mislead by fudging the graphic representation of the account balance. Here is today’s for my account, a fixed-rate plan ending in May next year:This looks quite reasonable: the current DD takes account of my current balance and shows it coming down to not much by the end of the fixed term, with a recommendation to reduce the DD a bit to make the end result closer to zero. Hassled for Debt even after payment plan agreed Having received a bill for just short of £400, I asked to set up Fuel Direct payments to be deducted from my Benefits. SSE had done this previously, with no issue.The advisor stated that they would take no less than £40 per week from my benefit , which is over 20% of my income, but as I felt I had no choice, I agreed to this.Even though this has been set up, and I've received confirmation from the DWP, OVO still hassle me for the debt and have threatened to send the bill to the Debt Collectors.Their colleague stated on the phone previously that it would be "normal" to still receive a demand for the amount even after setting up Benefit Deductions (which is peculiar), but I didn't expect it to be to this degree.

I recently replaced my storage heaters with oil-filled heaters. I am on THTC and the new heaters only received power when the signal indicates a top up.

How long does it take for a profile class change to happen? I recently had smart meters installed and at the same time asked for my profile class to be changed from “02” to “01” so I wont have to deal with getting future quotes for E7 tariffs. The odd thing is that around the same time as having the smart meters and the request for a profile class change is that my account is showing no active energy tariff. I don’t know if that is connected or not but chatting with OE they tried suggesting that my tariff was not set up, even tough I clearly have emails to show it has been and was active up and until the smart meter install. My IHD even shows the correct tariff.
