Why do I get estimated readings in my bill when I have a smart meter?

I don’t think I would moan about an increase just before the tariff went up - you are the winner!

Just a reminder that you should always take a reading at the end of the month - or very soon afterwards.  This will correct the tariff change reading.

I really like the option to enter the readings up to 10 days after you took them.  So often it’s not convenient - or I forget - on the month end.
