Hey all!

 

We’ve had an update on OVO app issues from this weekend: This has now been fixed and the OVO app is now available along with the web online account: https://my.ovoenergy.com/login

Hopefully you’re able to view the daily usage on the app now.

Not yet. No working app.

If it’s not working, try restarting your phone completely. Sometimes that helps.

If I uninstall the app from my phone and re-install it, would that work? I wouldn't lose my details and info?

That might fix it. You’ll have to set it up again though as most devices delete all app data when you do that.

In fact, you’ll need to remove all app data. Trust me, it works.

Hi. Yes. OVO confirmed only my password would be lost in doing that. However, I just logged out, changed my password this morning and it was fixed. Phew!

When accessing app on iPhone , it asks to update.

i select update, but in App Store there is no update , just the app. Select that , it just takes you back to OVO app asking for update. I cannot access app because of this. I have tried deleting app & reinstalling.

I have bought tickets on Ticket Master for Pierce the Veil concert in September. I have downloaded the OVO App so I can access the tickets however, after trying to log back on today the app just keeps crashing so I am unable to view my tickets (if they are there yet). I have tried removing the app and redownloading it but that has not resolved the issue. Please can you let me know how I am to access my tickets if the app is not working? Thanks.

It was a bit shonky for me lastnight. Maybe try via the ovo Web page rather than the app

This sounds like the OVO Wembley app.

@AmandaFrancis83 try the ATG Tickets app - should be able to get them that way.

I cannot access the app, this morning I’ve had to change my password on the website and when I try and access the app I cannot even change my password on there

You might be able to fix that by reinstalling the app.

Let us know if that doesn’t help!

Sometimes you can get it working again by going into Apps, selecting the app and clearing the Cache and if that doesn't work, clearing the Storage.
