Anyone having issues accessing the OVO app this morning?

Hopefully you’re able to view the daily usage on the app now.


Not yet. No working app. 

Will check again soon.


If it’s not working, try restarting your phone completely. Sometimes that helps.

If I uninstall the app from my phone and re-install it, would that work? I wouldn't lose my details and info?


That might fix it. You’ll have to set it up again though as most devices delete all app data when you do that.

In fact, you’ll need to remove all app data. Trust me, it works.

Hi. Yes. I had a WhatsApp exchange with OVO and they confirmed only my password would be lost in doing that. However, I just logged out, changed my password this morning and it was fixed. Phew!


That’s great @Technophobe, I’m glad you’re back into the app now!
