Charge Anytime wait time delays

What are the charge anytime wait times? Currently up to an hour now on the phones and took 6 weeks to reply to email. What are the best times to call. This is ludicrous, I've had to listen to the Kooks 5 times - that's unforgivable.

The team is small but usually agile. They are currently swamped though, hence the wait times.

What did you want to ask them? I might be able to answer it faster here.
