When will I receive my FIT payment?

I submitted my last FIT reading on 17th June & have since received my statement but have no payment. It is now more than the 8 weeks so I’m wondering if I need to contact someone.

I believe the schedule for FIT payments is still as below:

Spring
Take/Process readings: March
Statements sent: End of April
Payments sent: End of May

Summer
Take/Process readings: June
Statements sent: End of July
Payments sent: End of August

Autumn
Take/Process readings: September
Statements sent: End of October
Payments sent: End of November

Winter
Take/Process readings: December
Statements sent: End of January
Payments sent: End of February

It is the end of February 2026 and I still haven’t received my FIT payment.  Has this been paid yet?

Not Fit I am afraid but I have just received my SEG payment yesterday.

We have had a problem in the past when our payment went astray.  Did you receive an email this month saying payment would be this month?.  We didn’t receive one when our payment was lost which after chasing everything was sorted.

Yes I received the usual notification that the payment would be made but, nothing yet.
