I am trying to set up charge anytime , I get to the end where you confirm and I receive an error message stating they couldn’t connect my ev charger, my charger is online any ideas where I’m going wrong ?

Hello @AdrianTurner Is the car directly compatible , otherwise you shouldn’t use the OVO app. See @Blastoise186 ’s final reply to this link.

Thanks for that, It seems to be working?, however the OVO app still tells me it cant see my charger?

Im trying my first charge tonight, & the Ohme app seems to be working, lets see if it gets linked to my chargeanytime on OVO?

Hello @AdrianTurner I’m not sure we are talking about the same app. It’s the chargeanytime app you shouldn’t use. I have an Indra charger and my memory has dimmed over time. I think the new OVO Beyond app should update fairly quickly.

In the Ovo beyond app(the new one, not the original)
touch the black circle in the top right corner.

Under products select Ev charger.

Scroll down to the heading “Charge anytime”

Clear as mud, no one outside of these hallowed walls, tells you not to use the app they provide?, seems not very well thought out/implemented?

I just downloaded the OVO energy app??   seemed logical, obvs not..

Ovo Beyond app?  cant find it on Play store?

It’s the OVO energy app you want. Don’t ask me why it is now the beyond app. I don’t know if this will be an issue if you don’t already have it.

AHH, that's the one I've been using?  Beyond Doesn't exist on Google play store

No wonder I'm confused

It doesn’t exist in Apple Store either, but it doesn’t stop OVO constantly referring to it.

My lips are sealed, but I will admit my eyebrows are getting tangled in my hairline, and at my age that is really saying something.

OVO Beyond is now part of the main app - OVO Energy is the only one you want for that purpose.
