I am trying to set up charge anytime , I get to the end where you confirm and I receive an error message stating they couldn’t connect my ev charger, my charger is online any ideas where I’m going wrong ?

I’m having a few problems getting the charge anytime addon to work again, I have previously had it working but I changed my ohme account email address.
I’ve reentered the new Ohme login details into the ovo site but no luck, just getting a can’t connect to charger error on the ovo site.
anyone help please, frustrating as no longer getting the 7p rate

yes I had it working fine up until I changed my Ohme account email address. I’ve tried contacting Ohme themselves but I keep just getting generic emails from them regarding setting it up.

Tried setting up charge anytime with my Skoda Enyaq yesterday, it connected fine at the setup stage and then exited to bring me to the dashboard. This just continues to state "connecting to your Skoda"
In the account section I can see my car battery level which is accurate and have had no issues with the Skoda app, location services are on in the car. I've tried removing and adding the car in the charge anytime app and also deleting the account.
I've sent an email over to the charge anytime ovo email (assume there isn't a phone number?).
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
From what we know as the Forum Volunteers, the Charge Anytime team prefers email over other methods. I don’t recall seeing other Skoda issues recently but the team will dig the logs and other data to see what they can do.
Bear with them - it takes a while sometimes!

I received the email about only using 1 charge anytime log in for all cars from 2nd May but we’ve been away. We have 2 Teslas and the only way to be able to use it for both cars when we joined OVO was to set up 2 separate accounts. It also states it needs to be your OVO energy log in details - unless I mis-read that? Which I can’t log in with?
we charged one of the cars last night and it is not showing the saving in the app??
I have tried unsuccessfully to add my car to the other app.
we have tried deleting our 2 accounts to set up a new one but we are not able to do that either, we can remove the cars but when we press delete account nothing happens!! when I download the app there is no option to register either only a log in option..
help please?

Thanks, I think I have it working? Just missing one charge off my savings so will contact them about that. Also still can’t delete my account but I guess that’s not so much of an issue

Last week I had my ohme home pro charger replaced due to the old one being faulty. All I am getting on the OVO app now is "charger data error".
I have emailed OVO ev help and they asked me for the date the change was done and the new home charger serial number and that it would be passed to technical for them to deregister the old charger and add the new.
Does this sound right and does anyone have any idea how long it takes.

Yes that does sound right to me. That team can probably get it swapped over in a few days once you provide the info they need.

SO i have a new Lexus, im currently paying full whack to charge it.
I had smart meter fitted weeks ago but still not showing in the app.
Lexus isn't listed in the list of comparable cars with my OHME charter, even though i charge it.
What would happen if i select say a Toyota from the list??

Please don’t use the Charge Anytime app in this case! Do it all via Ohme. :)
If you are in the Ohme app and have to pick an EV, just pick a random one.

Just had an Ohme Home Pro charger installed, got the Ohme app installed, all seems well,
However, trying to get the OVO app to connect to my charger seems to be an issue.
Im sat 3feet from the charger, I fill in all the reqd info, I confirm Authentication for the Kazula app?
I get a spinning Ovo logo, then a message "We couldnt connect to your charger, please try again or email you"
