Figured it out ...just turned my car OFF without anything plugged in etc..left it for 30 minutes and tried again.

It's great to hear that you were able to resolve the issues. You're right; if you turn off the car and leave it unplugged for 30 minutes, that will give the system enough time to reset and prepare for the next charging session.
