Charge anytime "We couldn't connect to your EV charger" issue with Ohme smart charger?

I’m unable to link my Volvo 2024 Recharge to OVO Charge Anytime, the Volvo app just says unable to link at this time, tried several times to no avail, I have the Ohme Pod for home charging, I can set it up manually but not at the cheap rate, anyone any? ideas please

In this setup, please do NOT use the Charge Anytime app - do it via the Charger using the Ohme app.

Still no luck? 0330 175 9678 gets you through to the Charge Anytime team who should be able to help you get this figured out.


Thanks been through to the Charge Anytime Team, still not resolved, they’ve given me several things to try, my Volvo app will not link the accounts, waiting for them to get back to me, as below:-

Try doing it via your Ohme Charger instead using the Ohme app


Problem is I’ve had to log onto the Ohme app manually, it doesn’t find any OVO Energy tariffs, I’ve input my OVO tariff from the OVO app, Peak Rate 25.56 per kWh, OFF-PEAK 16.08

with me doing this manually it won’t charge me the lower rate, if you see what I mean
