I had a card through the door from Morrisons (again..), the card said you can take a manual reading and submit it via the Morrisons website - except Morrisons have rebranded and none of the phone numbers or website links work anymore. So I phoned OVO support to ask for updated contact details - the agent went away to ask and on his return he said no-one could help with this, and anyway I had a working smart meter so I shouldn't need a visit from the Morrisons meter readers - I give up, I know when I'm beaten.…

Morning @Infiltrator, nice to hear from you 😊. I hope you’re doing well.

Thanks for this info - did you follow the details on the Morrisons (MDS) card to get through to the disused web address? I’ll see if I can find somebody to feed this back to them.

Don’t worry about sending them a read if you know you’ve got a working smart meter. MDS visit our customers’ properties to read meters, and they won’t be aware of whether a smart meter is in comms or not. If we’re getting the reads from your meter then all is fine 👍.
