Why is my Top Up showing on meter but not in my online account or app?

​@hallj12345 The team has noticed that sometimes top-ups don't show up right away, which can be a little confusing. No need to worry, though as these updates usually happen overnight since there’s a scheduled run at midnight to keep everything current. 

If you still don’t see your updates by morning, just let us know. We're more than happy to help out if you flag the issue, either here on the forum or through our Support Team.
