How do I change from Top Up to Pay Monthly

Well we have managed to book another engineer visit. 29th November is the earliest OVO could offer. do hope they have the right meter with them this time.

Soonest appointment now moved back to 19th December. Seems like a very slow service for a meter replacement especially after failing to attend a booked appointment slot!
