I want to make a formal complaint about their serviceĀ
I received an inhibiton order in 2019 from SSE. The debt has been paid but I am unable to sell my home as the order isnāt 5 years old until July. I am supposed to be moving in 2 weeks time & required a discharge of inhibiton which should be simple enough but IĀ am unable to speak to anyone at Ovo about this. No one seems to know what I am talking about. My solicitor has also tried and is getting nowhere. Is there a legal department that I can contact? I am at my wits end at an already stressful time!Ā
