i’m old, stupid & clumsy - knocked the remote control box on the floor. box on wall lost communication with it. RC box display is blank, so power is lost. Need to get inside to fix broken wire. How?

Does anyone know how to get into the plastic remote control box of a Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP?
+3looks like it. Mr Engineer replaced the batteries and mine worked ok so I’m assuming the battery failure was coincident with knocking the RC on the floor. It’s a rubbish User Interface so I ain’t surprised it can’t warn you of a battery low condition b4 it reaches inoperability.
