why is my name on all thread titles ?

Yes I am and so are others. It’s already being discussed ‘backstage’.

I’m seeing it in ‘Recently Active’ New for You’ and ‘Questions to Answer’.

The green ‘number of new replies’ has also gone missing.

It appears that Gainsight, the software that the forum runs on, are messing about with the settings.

 I believe that a support ticked has been raised with Gainsight.

PS. Why do these companies always seem to do these things on a Friday afternoon, just before they go home for the weekend?

The red dot notification symbol is another mystery…🙄

This seems to be fixed for me now - the fix seems to be deploying as I write this.

The names are correct now but no green numbers. Hey ho.

Hi ​@juliamc - ​@Blastoise186 is correct, it looks like the username duplication problem has now been fixed.

A ticket was raised several hours ago to address a fair few UI problems (this being one of them).

The platform/site is being a tad buggy at the moment, but hopefully it’s all fixed soon.
