It looks like your content wasn’t actually deleted, but moved to the Power Move Flex group. Try checking it out via this link below. You MUST be logged in for it to work. Power Move Flex is a private trial, so the Forum threads are meant to be in a private space dedicated to it.

I can whether see you are a member of that group, so once you’re logged in, it should just work if you are one. If not, you can request to join via https://forum.ovoenergy.com/groups/power-move-flex-165 - just hit the Request to Join button. You’ll be notified of the outcome. If accepted, the thread will become visible to you again.

This is purely a housekeeping task, to help keep things organised. Threads get moved around on a regular basis - sometimes daily, sometimes weekly - so they’re easier to find.

Thanks for the help. I still can't find it. The link doesn't work for me. And I must say I could access it for last one week without problems 

Please head to https://forum.ovoenergy.com/groups/power-move-flex-165 and hit the request access button. That’ll fix this.

You originally posted in the wrong Power Move group that’s public, which is why you had access to the thread initially. Once moved to the private group (which you are eligible to join!) it becomes visible only to those who are in there. The reason you’re getting that exact error, is because you’re trying to access a private group that you don’t currently have permission to get into.

Easy fix though - simply request access and wait for approval, which will reveal the entire group to you.

If it really was deleted, you’d get Page Not Found instead.
