Anyone having trouble with latest update to the App ?

I updated to new version on iPad last night but today it won’t let me in and tells me I must load the latest update.  When I go to Apple Store it tells me I am already up to date and click OPEN, the App then tells me again that I must load the latest update.  Going round in circles.

Also fixed for me on Android 14. It’s now saying I have app version 19.5.0 with no code push yet. I think it was on 19.4.0 before.

I'm the same with my iPad and my Android phone it asking me to update but then the update button is inactive. Seems there's a glitch

Have just updated mine and it works. iOS18.1

You probably have checked it already, but is your device’s OS is also updated?

Oh, I haven’t thought about checking the app version! It’s 19.5.0 too (obviously, as it’s the newest version. Just felt excited to check that out!).

I’m afraid I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue at all today using Dewott with Android 14 and App Version 19.5.0.

Is this still a problem for anyone with those versions?

It’s just my assumption, but it could be due to having an updated app and not updated smartphone OS. Like, the updated app relies on the element that previous version of the OS doesn’t have.

The team are aware of this issue & have deployed a fix, so no users should be impacted by this now.

… and now (2024-12-12 10:07Z) I have Code Push v492.
