Hi @john.parker ,

I’m really sorry to say this, but those items sold out like hot cakes and pretty much all of them were gone in under a month. Even if OVO stocks up like crazy, they never seem to last very long I’m afraid - demand is just that high for them.

Hi again @mrsparkles5481,

I hope you’re doing well. Just to let you know the electric blanket should be with you tomorrow, or latest early next week.

You’ll be sent a DHL tracking link when it’s on its way.

Cheers!

The tracking link was not sent. As the temperatures had been so cold and the wait has been as long, I had to source one myself at cost and am now out of pocket.

Apologies @mrsparkles5481 that’s really frustrating.

We’ve fed this back to the third party that ships these blankets for us. You will still receive the blanket soon - for some reason your application was stuck in their systems.

You could log a complaint with OVO and ask if the cost could be reimbursed

Eventually arrived yesterday after being told twice in the last week it would be delivered (Dec 8th and 11th) - better late than never! The storm up here Tuesday 9th/Wednesday 10th Dec may have delayed the second time slightly.
