Hi there I’m wondering if any of you know why £150 has been credited on to my electricity on my smart meter I have no emails from Ovo regarding this added payment & I know what you all must be thinking that it’s the warm home discount but I received that back on November has anyone else had this payment? I spoke to my sister who is with another provider for her gas & electric & she said she had £130 added to her gas & it a financial assistance payment my mum who is with the same provider as my sister also has had £130 added to her meter as well & was given word from said provider of a financial assistance payment but I’ve had &150 & absolutely no idea why surely it’s not the warm home discount that’s been mistakenly paid to me can anyone shed light or has anyone else had the WHD & have now received this payment with no word about it I’m freaking out that it’s been a mistake & il be made to repay this back meaning il have debt on my meter please help thank you x
