Hi @Tim1 @Sam91

Sorry to hear about this. I’m glad one of our volunteers has already stopped by with some really helpful advice on this, it’ll definitely be a good idea to get in touch with the team about this directly as we don’t have access to that kind of data here at the Forum. There’s multiple reasons you may be experiencing issues, charging, so it’ll be best to reach out to the team to see what might be causing this:

How to get in contact with the Charge Anytime team

  • Call 0330 175 9678 (Option 1 new customers/option 2 existing customers)

  • Email via chargeanytime@ovo.com

  • Webchat, click the link then the green chat icon at the bottom right of the page

Let us know how you get on.

Hi. Mine isn’t either. I plug in, it then gives little to no charge. It shows it’s set to the schedule but then it appears random timers seem to be stopping it. I delete the timers and it seems to be ok for a bit. It’s only been like this the last few days but is really annoying.
is yours working now?
I have just raised a support ticket.

Tim - can you provide more detail? Presumably you have subscribed to Charge Anytime but do you have a recognised home charger? Is it configured for use with Charge Anytime? Alternatively is your vehicle one of those currently supported by and registered with Charge Anytime?
In either case have you removed settings on your EV enabling charging between certain times?

I might be able to add something from my own experience of using Charge Anytime with this information. Otherwise if the techies at OVO solve the problem you have encountered I shall be pleased to read your follow up.

I don’t suppose you guys have a Volkswagen by any chance?

https://status.enode.com/incidents/01JH80T5YJAM9T05MSFVV0VVYR might be relevant if you do.

Phoning 0330 175 9678 might also help - direct line to the Charge Anytime team.

Mine is an Audi etron and a BG charger. All has worked fine on the tarrif for the best part of two years now. I do have the occasional glitch when the Audi server goes down. Car is set to charge any time and nothing has changed apart from the fact I haven’t charged it for nearly a week as I have recently had an operation and not been driving.

Hmm… I see…

In that case, sounds like someone needs to dig the logs at the office. Can I get you to call 0330 175 9678 during the week please? That’s a direct link to the Charge Anytime team - they’ll be able to diagnose this with more gadgets than I’ve got access to.

Tried charging my Skoda Enyaq, which is my first EV, for the first time last night.

I have fitted a Volt Pro 3 charger to the house and I am on OVO Anytime charging, plugged it in last night but never charged this morning.

I have downloaded the OVO Anytime app and the Volt app.

I scheduled the Ovo app to be ready for 06.50.

The only issue I had was that when searching for my charger on the Volt site, it didn’t find it but reading a bit about it, the OVO app rules over the Volt app.

Probably something stupid I am doing but any help gratefully received.

Howdy @Corms ,

Generally… I’d say for this one you probably want to have a word with the team so they can diagnose.

Try 0330 175 9678 in the first instance for the Charge Anytime team, or Hypervolt on 0333 090 3093 if you need to diagnose the charger itself.
