Hey guys, so in my back office for the company I work for I'm starting to learn commissioning, troubleshooting commissioning queries when smart meter engineers encounter issues with comms during their installs.
Just wondering if anyone else in a similar role uses this software called BOL? Just looking to see if anyone experienced can give me a good overview on how it works with the different error codes and troubleshooting business errors, just so I can hit the ground running, thanks

We don’t have access to accounts or account related systems here at the Forum. BOL is something used by agents and other staff members internally for an array of metering needs. I’m sorry we can’t provide any further detail here but as mentioned, it’s not a system we use here at the Forum.
