I can't find any evidence Power Move Flex is live


I keep getting requests to join that lead to a page with Error on it.
But I’m now a member - but no information as to what to do or evidence it’s up and running at all.
 
Would be grateful for any info before I go crazy.

It might be worth reaching out to the support team if you’re having any issues with a broken link. 

 

This information was taken from the T&Cs:

 

We’ll notify you to tell you when the grid is either going to be in low or high demand (via email and SMS)

 

3.1 We’ll send you an email (and occasionally an SMS) to let you know a time period during a specific day (e.g. between 4pm and 5pm) when we think the grid is likely to see low or high demand.

 

You’ll be opted in to all events

 

3.2 By signing up to receive Power Up and Power Down events, you’ll be automatically opted in to receive all events. 

 

I wonder if it’s your settings blocking the link? Have you tried on a different device?

Glad to here you’ve got signed up to Power Move Flex but it’s a shame you’ve had some trouble finding more information on it.


 

Power Move Flex is a series of events that can earn you credit when you shift your energy use to greener times of the day. It’s all part of the CrowdFlex project, sponsored by energy regulator OFGEM and electricity grid operator ESO. Working with industry leaders, the goal is to manage the demand on the grid – and change the future of energy.

Thanks. It’s not so much about information - I’ve read until I’m overflowing - it’s just I’ve heard nothing since signing up apart from emails asking me to sign up - with a link which always goes to a redundant page, as it has for over a year of invites to join.

I don’t know how I eventually got signed up, must’ve been an accident!

Has anyone received there Credit for the July Power Move Flex yet, I'm sure it's usually showing on my bill by now.
