Can't access Power Move on website. No help from tech support.

The link to Power Move https://account.ovoenergy.com/power-move does not work for me, so I can’t join. I’ve used Firefox and Chrome. Cleared cookies.

The rest of my account works fine. I’ve been in touch with a support agent. They could not see what the problem was and said they would escalate to technical support and that I would get an email from them. This was several days ago and I have heard nothing from them. So I thought I’d ask here. This is very frustrating.

Hi

I had a similar problem.  Support weren't to sure why. 

I logged into my account on an android phone and the Path to Zero appeared first time.  Logged in on PC and it remained visible and usable. 

May be worth a try.

The link went to right place but ive already joined which it says i have. I use an android phone and it works perfectly ok. Hopefully you can join that way.

I’ve now installed the Ovo Android app. No links to Power Move. Maybe the offer has expired. It does show the Path to Zero. If I click any links from there it follows that link to my web browser. All looks OK for a few seconds and then it redirects me to support chat, so the links are useless. They really need to sort out their web stuff.

 

I’ve still not been contacted by Technical Support. Either my problem was not escalated to them as promised or they have chosen to ignore it. Do Ovo management look at this Forum or do I need to raise complaints about this with them directly? And is it worth it? Doesn’t look like it so far.

If you want to make a complaint @Chrisgh you should. No one on this forum has access to your account details and so it won’t be followed up just from your post.
