Why is there no end of month email for Power Move October even though I can see the credit on my bill?

Has anyone received their email yet with the final figures for October?

Ive had the credit on my account so I know I've met, but curious to know what % i came out at, as i couldn't match my figures to the halfway email, whereas September I was spot on.

I did reply on the other thread, but thought I’d share with the other’s who’ve been affected.

 

I reached out to the team about missing Power Move emails, we apologise but there has been a delay in some emails being sent out. You’ll receive the usual email within the next few days.

 

Apologies again for the inconvenience, glad to hear you’ve all had your credits applied to the bills though!🙂

Also received my e.mail today along with £15 reduction on my bill. Managed to reduce peak usage from 16 to 9.4 percent in first month doing little more than preparing and cooking meals before or after target hours. Also, as previously mentioned being elderly and single (and a fair cook!) I've  been bulk buying food, cooking in batches and freezing individual portions to defrost naturally and reheat in about a minute in the microwave. Savings all round.😄

PS, if anyone is interested, I've, over the years, come up with lots of my own healthy, hearty recipes ideally suited for this type of catering. Be more than happy to share my ideas.

    Fantastic to hear, @IanFerguson. This is what Power Move is all about: being a bit more conscious of when to use electricity can have a big impact on grid demand and carbon intensity!

    One vote for hearing more about these recipes. Perhaps start a new topic in Power Move and I can move any related comments over to it..?

    Don't know if forum rules would permit a topic sharing recipe and cooking ideas but if it does I'd be happy to start one off and see if other members bite (good pun for an old bloke eh?).
