Welcome to the OVO Online Community, 

 

To redeem your voucher you would need your PAN number as the store can use that in place of a card and the voucher. The pan number would be in the App as that's what links the app to your account.

How can you redeem your voucher if you don’t have the payment card?

Have the app but can’t find the PAN number. It would be so much easier if the company just added the credit straight to the meter like previous payments.

The Support Team can generate and send you a PAN number if you need one. I think Live Chat is the easiest way.
