We'll only be able to reward you when you change your ready-by time as requested for an active charging session. Changing your ready-by time when your car is already at your desired state of charge won’t provide any more flexibility to the grid, so we're unable to reward you for this. 

If your EV is plugged in for multiple days at a time, and you receive multiple ready-by-time extension requests, you can only be rewarded for the first request until a new active charging session happens.

Hi all.  Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime question.  Has anyone had their August results?  Mine have not yet arrived.  I did get a mid month update but nothing for the end of the month.  Not sure if all bills come at the same time but my bill is usually around now - and I worry the credits might miss my bill.  Thanks!

Yes. A flurry of emails from OVO yesterday 10 September included ‘Your Power Move Flex results, Noel’ and ‘Your monthly round up for August, Noel.’ I checked my online billing details for the current period and the rewards earned in August were already there.

Some customers’ bills follow the calendar month. Others - not so fortunate, in my opinion - are saddled with billing periods from the nth of the month to the (n--1)th of the following month. So how this fits in with PMF’s weekly and (calendar) monthly schedules is really rather complex, made even more so by interference from bank holidays and other non-working days. You should usually be able to see your bill five working days into the new billing period.

If you’re impatient, like me, you can download a sneak peek of your bill even before the auditors have passed it for release. Use your favourite browser to visit

where nnnnnnn is your OVO account no. and the from and to dates are exactly the ones you would see on your bill (‘in my case, Your energy charges for 1st Aug - 31st Aug 2025).

Thanks for the info!  I did get the “Power Move” email yesterday (no win for me) but nothing else.  Just checked and my bill is now available in the App (not yet been emailed it...but no doubt soon).  It doesn’t include my “Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime” credit and also does not include the “Beyond - Free Electricity” credit so something not right.  Is there anyone on here who can help with this?  

 


Has anyone recieved the £5 credit for doing the survey in the welcome email dated 14/7/25?

 

I have found a thread discussing it for the trial last year and it states it should be listed as a separate credit item on your bill so not added on to your previous months earned credit. I definitely haven't recieved it yet and since our trial ends on sunday was wondering if anyone else had recieved theirs yet.

I checked in with the Power Move Flex team on this they’ve confirmed this, you’ll also see the confirmation on the trial emails going out soon and will be paid in this crediting round with your September rewards.

Haven’t had a Power Move Flex event for four days - is the Summer Trial finished ?


Unfortunately yes. I checked my welcome email the other day and it said the trial was running until 5th October.

I haven’t heard anything about powering up and yet I keep getting emails about results etc!  Why didn’t they send an email to say it has finished for the time being.  When I go on my Ovo App it says I am opted in and have no results!  Glad to hear it has finished for now as I thought I was missing something 😝
