MY2025 Porsche Taycan not connecting

I have just changed my Porsche Taycan 4SCT MY2023 for a new Taycan MY2025

I have deleted the old car and added the new one. Charge Anytime is connected to My Porsche Account and the App can see the car and the SoC but gets stuck finishing the connection. On the Dashboard screen it says connecting to your Porsche with a wiring circle. The Last update time refreshes and has a green dot.

I have charged the car but I get no credit.

Is there an issue connecting to Gen 2 model year 2025 Taycans?

Howdy @speuk ,

Looks like a bug to me. Did you let the Charge Anytime team know yet? If not, it’s 0330 175 9678 Option 2 so they can dig the logs.

Possibly related though: https://status.enode.com/incidents/01JDV32D89XF2JP5S60BSMZ2JS

You might want to try again later once that incident has been resolved.

Hi Abby

Yes I spoke to the team and sent screenshots and it has been past to the back end team to investigate.  Now we are in December I assume I can delete my Charge Anytime account and start from scratch and will not loose my November credits?

Probably best to wait for the team to advise you on that one.

After waiting over two weeks for the OVO Charge Anytime team to get a response from Enode. I gave up and contacted one of the Founders and Chief Technical Officer at Enode on Friday evening.  He responded at 8pm  and asked for my VIN number.  Over the course of a couple of hours he worked out that because MY2025 has a bigger battery the Enode APi was not sending the battery capacity. This has been corrected and sent to OVO, I now just need OVO to update their end. Full marks to Nikolai at Enode he spent until 10.05 pm fixing the Enode end. He has also promised to see this through as soon as he can get hold of someone at OVO. Quite impressive for a Company Founding director to get stuck in late on a Friday night.

I’m really glad to hear the founding director was so helpful. I’ll forward this onto the Charge Anytime team & report back @speuk

All working now, the CA App connected around 10am this morning.
