Chameleon IHD3 bought from eBay, why can't I connect this with OVO?

Hi

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have bought one of these meters on ebay but cannot find out how to connect it. No wifi menu in the settings.

Sigh… I’m afraid you’ve been ripped off by the ebay scam.

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for ebay purchased IHDs on this Forum. You’ll be best off returning it for a refund.
