Moved into a house supplied by OVO - how do I create an account and book a smart meter appointment?

I hope the house move went well. If you’ve moved into a home that is already supplied by OVO you can set the account up in your name online by following this link. You’ll just need to add your personal details, select a tariff, enter the opening reads and set a Direct Debit up if you’d like one.
Once you’ve filed out the online form you’ll receive a welcome email with your new account number. You can find out more about this here:
Once you receive your welcome email you’ll be able to log into your online account / app (you can’t log in until your account has been fully set up. Once you’ve got access to the online account, you’ll be able to book a smart meter appointment there, or on the app if you’d prefer.
