Hi electric says 28-0.Gas says 29-0.Meter network 27-0.

Thanks. Based on those codes… It seems like the system is working normally. It might just be that the gas meter didn’t report the credit at the last heartbeat.

Keep an eye on it for now - it should restore soon.

You should have said that sooner, which makes for a different solution. Please remember to make your question clear - it helps a ton when you do! :)

In that case, use the Top-Up function in the IHD and punch in the UTRN Code from the top-up receipt. Send that over to the meter and the credit should deliver within an hour.

Yes I phoned 3 times today, spoke to lady &: apparently the credit is now added.My meter says different.I also checked payment history & it's not showing up.Im thinking of changing supplier.Enough is enough.£15.00 is a lot of money
