Hi has anybody else had a similar outage?

On the 11th of December my electricity smart meter stopped sending half hourly readings to OVO. Funnily enough my dad who is with EDF experienced the same outage in smart readings on the same day. 
 

Which now means I can’t take part in PowerMove. 
I’ve emailed OVO support and got the reply to wait 32 days to see if the meter will reset itself.

It’s probably just a temporary issue in your area, it seems fine for me. I’d say keep an eye on it for now!


My meter had a ‘missing day’ on 12th December but since then the day’s data has been recovered. There were some communication network events during that time.
