Why can't I see the new Beyond, free 2 hours heating offer?

@Ben_OVO i have followed suggestion you made to others about removing the app and reinstalling, the button is there but if i click on it nothing happens.

@MarkShaw good morning, and thanks for letting me know.

 

Please can you contact our Support Team and send them screenshots of this. Also, let them know what device you are using. You’ll also need to let them know which app version you’re on. You can see this by clicking the person icon on the home screen (top right), and then selecting ‘App version details’. The Support Team will then raise a tech ticket (we call this a CCSD) to our IT team.

 

Let us know how you get on.

Same here! It does nothing yet the free heat pump option below it opens fine. This just sucks.

Don’t bother contacting support. They can’t help as its ’app Only exclusive’….

@Ben_OVO ​@Suze_b18 - Keep trying seems to work - I had a ticket raised which they said would take 2 days to be looked at - suddenly now the button does something. OK first couple of times it wouldnt let me book a slot but finally after restarting app a few times i have my first slot booked…..

@Suze_b18 when you contacted Support did you ask them to raise a tech ticket as I specified above?

 

When you speak to them by all means reference this Forum thread. I’ve reported this issue internally as well. 

 

To confirm, I’ve tried on my own app and it’s working fine for me, so this definitely isn’t an issue affecting every customer. ​@Suze_b18 please also try selecting ‘Offers’ at the bottom of your screen, and going through that way’.
