Hi there Had invite to enter the clubcard competition. Opened the app, selected next question and it opened. I selected the answer but the lock in your answer is under the home and back button banner. I have tried to shrink teh screen or rotate it and neither work. Anyone else having the same problem

I’ve got some great news! The teams have let us know that they’ll have a fix for the aspect ratio issues on both iOS and Android by the end of the week. In the meantime, if you’re looking for a quick workaround, you can try lowering your text size on your device. Just pick the option you like, and then you can resize it as needed. Thanks for your patience!

Hey @Chris_OVO

My phone has too many notifications. Even if I allow all of them, I’ll stop reading them very soon. Also, my eyes and my fingers are not that great as used to be, so there is no much pleasure for me of using smartphones. I check essentials there, the rest I prefer to check using my computer. I understand that some people wouldn’t prefer receive emails, but is there a way to make us to chose? Is it possible to make an option to sign receiving email notifications?

Morning @costeek,

I understand what you’re saying. I also feel that I receive too many notifications on my phone. I’ve actually started limiting notifications from certain apps so that I can choose when I want to interact with them. For example, when I used Reddit, I was overwhelmed by notifications from various threads and topics I followed, making it hard to keep up. Now that I’ve turned off those notifications, I feel like I have a better “relationship” with the app overall. I can explore freely and check out the areas that interest me without being bombarded by alerts.

Regarding your request, I’ve been informed that the app is fully built and purpose-designed, so there are currently no options to add email reminders unless they are part of a campaign aimed at increasing engagement on certain offers. I have shared your concerns with the team, and they are eager to hear your feedback. They will communicate this with our communications team to explore what we can offer. I understand your struggles, and hear your challenges and I want you to know that you've been heard 😊
