How do I set up OVO Beyond?


Hi I’m a new customer and trying to set up account however I’m not receiving any OVO emails was told to type OVO beyond into my iPhone but where exactly do I type this  thanks for your help

You need to use a computer to set the account up before you can use the app. Head over to https://account-activation.ovoenergy.com/confirm-email to do that.

If you don’t get the emails, let Support know via https://ovoenergy.com/help .

To get the app, it’s https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/ovo-energy/id626316021 for iOS and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ovo.energy for Android.

I’m still having trouble receiving OVO emails apparently you can’t have email and paper correspondence together as I’ve spoken to OVO this morning so I’ve opted for email and hopefully within next 12 hrs I will get an OVO email so fingers crossed

Hi no still having trouble I’m just not receiving any emails from OVO so it must be the settings on my phone that’s blocking me from receiving OVO emails

Have you tried saving the OVO email address as a contact in your emails?

Hi Shads I’ve finally able to log on and open up my on line account this morning I sought advice from a phone shop and the only advice he gave me was open another email account so I did that when I got home and it all worked so I’ve got a new email account just for OVO but thank you for your advice and following up this case my appreciated regards
