I bought a £20 electricity top up from PayPoint shop to my Key and received receipt. I tried to add the credit to my meter by putting in the key but no credit has been added. I waited three hours and it still was not added. I have kept receipt. My electricity was only on 1p left by this time so I went down and bought another £20 top up. This one worked. How do I go about getting the initial £20 credited?

Keep the receipt and contact Support, they’ll help you fix this one. :)

 

Like Blastoise has mentioned, keep a hold of the receipt and the Support Team can help take care of this for you.

I contacted support today and after a bit of back and forward they have gave me a credit note for the £20. Thanks again.
