How to access emergency credit on your Secure electricity meter

 

In this short video we'll show you how to access emergency credit on your Secure electricity meter. This makes sure your home has electricity until you're able to top-up. 

 

Please remember that any emergency credit used will need to be paid back and this will be taken from your next top-up.
