Ok so I have an answer just to clear this up. They charge you up front for the coming month on the new ev charging plans. It’s kinda odd they do that and not at the end of the month but that’s the way it is.

What is this upgrade charge called? Does it perhaps have a minus sign before it? (My bill has seven entries under charges below VAT. )

Looks like the upgrade charge is for upfront payment. The credits cancel it out though

Hey @Ian222

Thanks for coming back with that update, that’s really helpful.

I’m guessing, if it is one of the monthly plans you’ve selected, that this makes sense as that would then give you access to the allotted mileage at home, out and about as well as your other perks, rather than owing us back each month for it.

If it’s not a monthly plan and is the pay as you go plan, I’ll take this away and get further clarity from the team as that wouldn’t make sense to pay upfront, not knowing how much you’ll charge through the month.

Yes it’s a upfront cost for the anytime charge plan
