You can ask OVO Support to de-activate those for you. If they’re fully paid off, closed down and there’s nothing left to do, any agent can generally arrange that pretty fast IIRC.

Have a word with them in the morning and they’ll take a look.

Thanks. I thought I had done that when setting up the new account, but maybe takes a day or two to activate. I'll keep an eye on it and go on Chat in a day or two if still there. Thanks again. It's just to simplify input.

No worries.

It’s generally a pretty quick task, it’s just (unfortunately) a manual one that requires Support to get involved. But you are definitely eligible to have closed/dead accounts removed from MyOVO if you no longer need them.

I’m tempted to suggest a better way...
